"My husband and I both have been patients here for the last year and have been very happy with the service we have received. They are thorough, upfront with making sure you understand costs, procedures, and your options. All of the staff members are very friendly, they clearly love and care about what they do, and about their patients. That being said, the reason I am compelled to write a 5 star (more if I could!) review is because of the outstanding job they did with my son today. We have delayed taking him to the dentist because he has Sensory Processing Disorder and is very sensitive about his mouth especially, so I knew he would have a hard time at the dentist. None of the "sensory specialist" dentists recommended by his occupational therapist were covered by our insurance, and since my husband and I both have been happy here, I called and made him an appointment and explained my concerns for him. I was truly blown away by how patient, kind, and concerned they were about giving him an excellent and positive first experience with the dentist. Not only did we make it through the exam, xrays, cleaning and fluoride treatment without any issues, but he absolutely LOVED the whole experience! He came home and told my husband that going to the dentist is AWESOME! I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Patel, Abby, Audrey, and the entire RDC office for making this such a wonderful experience for both my son and his nervous momma! Truly outstanding service."

"I always have a great experience at Romeoville Dental! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel did a wonderful job on fixing my cracked crown way in the back of my mouth. I felt no pain at all! I also want to thank Anna for making the scheduling possible so that Dr. Patel could do the work on my visit instead of my having to come back for another visit, since we live quite far away. And my tech Row was so kind to me and made me so comfortable. Also, thanks to the first young lady who took x-rays. I always look forward to coming to the dentist here because everyone is so skillful and professional!"

"First time visiting the dental center yesterday because I needed an upper retainer replacement. I had lost mine the day before. I got aligners through an orthodontist at a different state and just recently moved so I needed a retainer replacement asap without having to wait weeks for it. I came in around 3, had a consultation and molds made for my retainer and it was ready for pickup by 5:30! Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and nice, from the front desk to the dentist and dental assistants who helped me. The office was very clean as well and I was in and out within 35 minutes. Also very cost effective, one retainer cost about $75 which in my opinion is a deal. The retainers are sturdy, fit very well and are smooth around the edges. I will definitely be back for a dental cleaning and for my future checkups and I recommend everyone to give this center a try!"
